DAHL is one of these trade names and is seeking a Sales & Warehouse Specialist at their Glenwood Springs, CO location.

Pay for the Sales & Warehouse Specialist role at this location is between $20 and $24 per hour.

Responsibilities

You will :

Engage in counter sales, warehouse, and driving tasks, providing total care for customers and ensuring expectations are met at every interaction.

Provide sales and support to walk‑in customers at will‑call sales counters and to field customers at off‑site delivery locations.

Receive incoming vendor shipments and customer returns; stock and maintain the warehouse and counter areas; pick, document, and pack customer orders.

Load and unload trucks and perform merchandise deliveries and pickups.

Assist customers who purchase and / or pick up merchandise at the Profit Center.

Accurately process and fill Sales Orders generated at the sales counter.

Provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.

Keep counter area and merchandise displays clean, neat, stocked, and safely displayed.

Process cash sale returns and refund paperwork according to Company policy.

Inform supervisor of inventory levels or stock depletions that could impact customer service.

Process vendor shipments or customer returns.

Operate trucks safely and in compliance with Company rules, with destinations including job sites, customer facilities, vendor facilities, other Hajoca locations, or other locations as directed.

Perform all job functions in accordance with the company's Safety Standards and complete required safety / compliance training.

Qualifications

About You :

1+ years' experience in warehouse and material handling; 1+ years' experience in sales and customer service is preferred.

Ability to drive a vehicle over 10, lbs.

As a non‑CDL driver, you must :

Be at least 21 years old

Possess a valid driver’s license

Have a driving record that meets the criteria for an Authorized Driver per Company policy

Be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before starting work and at least every two years while employed

Have outstanding customer service, verbal communication, and listening skills

Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and co‑workers

Learn product knowledge quickly and operate computer systems used in warehouse operations and order processing

Understand and apply safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment

Know and comply with laws governing driving motor vehicles, including DOT regulations for commercial vehicles

Learn to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment

Remain calm and effective in stressful or emergency situations

Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Read, write, speak, and understand English
