Job Summary
SysTechCare Support is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Consumer Goods division as Sales Trainees. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to enter the fast-paced world of sales within the consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands-on exposure to sales processes, client interactions, and market development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales representatives in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and follow up with prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Visit retail outlets or contact potential customers (as applicable).
- Support promotional activities and new product launches.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and customer benefits.
- Achieve assigned targets under guidance and track progress using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports and document client feedback.
- Participate in on-the-job training, sales workshops, and team meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local/regional languages is an advantage.
Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Internship or academic exposure to sales, marketing, or retail is a plus.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Occasional weekend assignments depending on sales events or client availability
- Flexible hours may apply during training or fieldwork
