Responsibilities
  • Execute and support client orders across equities, FX and derivatives with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to market impact.
  • Assist senior sales traders in managing daily order flow, trade bookings, and post-trade processes, ensuring smooth execution and minimal errors.
  • Monitor markets and client tickets throughout the trading day, providing updates on price movements, liquidity, and relevant macroeconomic or sector developments.
  • Generate and distribute market commentary and trade ideas in collaboration with the research and RMBMS teams, helping clients stay informed about short-term opportunities and longer-term trends.
  • Support client relationship management by responding promptly to trade-related queries, providing pricing information, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives by identifying potential clients, supporting onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams — including Research, Sales, Trading, risk, compliance, and operations.
  • Participate in team discussions and morning market calls, actively developing product knowledge and trading acumen.
  • Stay up to date on global financial markets, macroeconomic events, and industry developments to strengthen analytical skills and client communication.
  • Support the sales trading desk during peak trading hours, helping ensure high service levels and efficient workflow management.
  • Be a team player and always do the right thing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's or CFA a plus).
  • 1–5+ years' experience in a sales trading, execution, or dealing desk role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and order flow.
  • Proven communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg & Reuters.
