We are a UK-based cleaning company , specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services . As our team grows, we’re looking for a confident and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join us remotely and help expand our client base.
The Role :
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and helping customers find the right cleaning solutions for their needs. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate cleaning services.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We Offer :
- On-target earnings of R25,000 / month , including R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission .

Qualifications and Experience :
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, with a strong performance history.
- Clear and professional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Able to work independently in a fully remote role.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Resilient under pressure, with the ability to handle rejection and stress calmly.
- Proven success in phone-based sales, consistently meeting targets.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing sales.
- Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
