We specialise in Web Design, Web Development & Support, Paid Marketing, AI Visibility, and Graphic Design, backed by a modern finance team. We’re evolving into a non‑founder‑led, world‑class sales team, and we’re looking for someone who can help us run a smooth, organised, and efficient process.
You’ll play a key role in keeping everything on track, managing our CRM, preparing proposals, following up with leads, and ensuring every client feels well‑supported from initial contact through to onboarding and beyond. This is a hands‑on, learning‑focused role, perfect for someone starting out in sales, digital marketing, strategy, or tech.
You’ll work closely with a senior Sales Lead who will handle calls and strategy, while you own all the admin, communication, and follow‑through that turns interest into signed deals. You’ll be directly mentored and trained by the Sales Division Lead as well as the CEO.

The successful candidate is to take plans and ideas and turn them into clear, accurate, and timely action.
Ensuring every lead is followed up on, every proposal is polished, and every client feels supported from first contact to handover.
Managing the details with care and consistency will give the Sales Lead the space to focus on strategy and growth.

CRM & Data Accuracy: % accuracy of pipeline records (all leads logged, no missing data).
All leads responded to within 24 hours. Pipeline stages updated within 1 business day of client activity.
Proposal & Documentation Management: Proposals delivered within 24 hours of scoping call. = 2 drafts required before client‑ready proposal. Zero client complaints about errors / inconsistencies in documentation.
Client Experience & Communication: = 90% positive client feedback scores post‑onboarding. % of scheduled meetings confirmed and followed up on time. Evidence of proactive communication with clients logged in the CRM.
Process Execution & Sales Cadence Compliance: % adherence to sales cadence (follow‑up intervals, check‑ins, proposal steps). 0 missed follow‑ups or handovers. Weekly reporting on lead status delivered on time.
Team Support & Growth Contribution: All handovers to the Sales Lead / onboarding team are documented and completed within 24 hours. At least 1 process improvement suggestion per quarter implemented. Attendance and participation in all mentorship / training sessions.
Post Graduate Degree, B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent
1–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, operations, or administration. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is advantageous. Excellent organisational and communication skills. South African citizenship or a valid work visa (Cape Town‑based)
