This full‑time role supports and executes lead generation and sales activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to drive sales activity.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Create and manage a pipeline of property leads – cold calling, warm lead nurturing, online prospecting.
- Conduct lead generation campaigns, including connecting online, cold calling, and emailing.
- Communicate with clients – answer questions, send suitable properties, manage general client relations.
- Research and source properties via online portals.
- Analyse deals and validate opportunities.
- Test and evaluate new campaigns and techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Represent Kove’s brand and promote the company externally.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Organise property viewings.
- Apply advanced sales knowledge at all stages.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
- Problem‑solving and autonomous working capability.
- Experience in sales (preferred) and understanding of the property industry (preferred).
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM, and project management tools such as Asana.
- Resilient, determined, and driven.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to generate leads and manage a pipeline.

Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: R16–R18 per month (R18 after 6‑month probation).
- Overtime/Targets: OTE components (exact figure not specified).
- Bonus structure: Monthly bonuses based on performance.
- Permanent full‑time position.
Hiring Details
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, flexible UK hours 8 am‑6 pm.
- Location: Johannesburg and United Kingdom (remote/onsite options as required).
