Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and making the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will be responsible for sourcing ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and crafting personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book qualified

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
