We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist – New Business to join our sales team at Nymbis Cloud Solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers by identifying and pursuing high-potential leads through cold calling, solution selling and scoping tailored cloud solutions.

This role requires a strong sales mindset, technical understanding of cloud platforms and the ability to translate complex technology into clear value propositions for prospects.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition : Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation strategies.

Conduct discovery calls : Understand client needs, pain points, and business goals, and scope customized cloud solutions to address them.

Collaborate with technical teams : Design and present tailored cloud solutions (e.g., infrastructure, SaaS, security, AI / ML) that align with client requirements.

Translate technical details into business value : Demonstrate how our cloud services can drive efficiency, scalability, and cost savings.

Execute the full sales cycle : From lead qualification to closing deals, focusing on building trust, overcoming objections, and negotiating win-win agreements.

Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts : To secure new clients.

Partner with technical, product, and customer success teams : Ensure seamless onboarding and post-sale support for new clients.

Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback : Inform sales strategies and product improvements.

Track and report on key metrics : Leads generated, conversion rates, revenue using CRM tools and sales dashboards.

Provide regular updates to leadership : On progress toward sales targets and challenges encountered.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years in B2B sales with a focus on new business acquisition, preferably within cloud computing, SaaS, or IT services.

Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and solution selling to enterprise or mid-market clients.

Technical sales knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., IaaS, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Veeam, VMware).

Educational background : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Cloud-related certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMware Sales Professional, Veeam Sales Professional) are preferred.
