Earning Potential: R600,000 - R800,000+ annually (performance-based)

Note: this is not an accounts management role - we are looking for hunters, driving new business development and building their own sales network.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Own the Sales Cycle: From lead acquisition to closing deals, you’ll drive new business opportunities and conversions.
  • Support Business Development: Collaborate with our New Business Specialist to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Deliver Sales Excellence: Present innovative sales plans, meet daily cold-calling targets, and consistently exceed KPIs.
  • Engage and Influence: Manage client relationships, arrange meetings, and confidently engage key decision-makers.
  • Be the Face of Ground 2 Tap: Represent our brand with professionalism, leaving a lasting positive impression on prospective clients.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with water chemistry, plumbing, or mechanical systems is advantageous (training provided).

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong professional people skills.

Initiative & Drive: Ability to work independently, manage projects, and make decisions confidently.

Essentials: Valid driver's license, own transport, and an established LinkedIn profile.

Preferred Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, sales, or a related field.

📞 Proven expertise in networking, sales conversions, and cold calling.

🤝 Existing industry contacts are a big plus!
