Note : this is not an accounts management role – we are looking for hunters, driving new business development and reaching building their own sales network.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Cycle : From lead acquisition to closing deals, you’ll drive new business opportunities and conversions.
- Support Business Development : Collaborate with our New Business Specialist to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Deliver Sales Excellence : Present innovative sales plans, meet daily cold‑calling targets, and consistently exceed KPIs.
- Engage and Influence : Manage client relationships, arrange meetings, and confidently engage key decision‑makers.
- Be the Face of Ground 2 Tap : Represent our brand with professionalism, leaving a lasting positive impression on prospective clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience : Minimum 5 years in sales, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion.
- Technical Aptitude : Familiarity with water chemistry, plumbing, or mechanical systems is advantageous (training provided).
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong professional people skills.
- Initiative & Drive : Ability to work independently, manage projects, and make decisions confidently.
- Essentials : Valid driver’s license, own transport, and an established LinkedIn profile.
- Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, sales, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in networking, sales conversions, and cold calling.
- Existing industry contacts are a big plus.
