We see tech providers as our partners and work together to help them thrive so that we can achieve our goal of transforming the digital landscape and prioritising customer service.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Fixed Line Solutions Specialist to join our inside‑sales team.

This is a telephonic, inside‑sales role focused on identifying customer needs, opening opportunities, and qualifying interest in fixed connectivity and network solutions, including Fibre, SD‑WAN, and Managed WAN services.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can hold credible conversations with business and IT decision‑makers, understand high‑level connectivity concepts, and engage customers in meaningful discussions that open the door for deeper technical consultation.

You’ll work closely with our solution architects and solution specialists to move qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales conversations, thrives on learning about telecommunications and networking, and loves helping businesses modernise their connectivity infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification & Opportunity Opening: Engage inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns (via phone, email, or social). Conduct structured discovery calls to understand the customer's network environment, connectivity challenges, and readiness for fixed‑line or SD‑WAN adoption. Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and open opportunities in CRM for follow‑up by solution architects or other specialists. Confidently discuss connectivity solutions, such as Fibre, SD‑WAN, and Managed WAN.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport and trust through professional, helpful conversations. Tailor your approach to the customer's business stage, from single‑site fibre needs to complex multi‑branch network transformation projects. Use structured scripts and conversation frameworks while maintaining authenticity and curiosity. Clearly articulate the value of reliable connectivity and the benefits of partnering with our clients as trusted telecom providers.
  • Collaboration & Handover: Work hand‑in‑hand with solution architects and senior sales specialists to ensure a seamless customer journey from discovery to deal close. Accurately capture customer needs, priorities, and timelines in CRM for handover. Participate in joint calls or demos when required.
Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement within the telecommunications or ICT sector.

Foundational understanding of connectivity and network concepts (Fibre, SD‑WAN, MPLS, Managed WAN).

Exposure to enterprise or SME telco solutions is advantageous.

Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.

CRM proficiency.

Goal‑oriented, curious, and resilient.

Eagerness to learn (technical training and onboarding will be provided).

Why Join Us?

Be part of a forward‑thinking, AI‑powered, data‑driven growth agency.

Work with some of the world’s most recognised technology and telecom brands.

Gain deep exposure to the evolving telco landscape and enterprise connectivity models.
