Responsibilities

Identifying and Qualifying Leads:

  • Prospecting: Actively seek out potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, or referrals.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess if a lead is a good fit for the product or service, based on factors like budget, needs, and decision-making authority.

Building Relationships and Presenting Solutions

  • Establishing Rapport: Build trust and rapport with potential and existing customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Must thoroughly understand the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products or services they sell.
  • Needs Analysis: Identify customer pain points and tailor their presentations to demonstrate how the product or service can address those specific needs.
