Purpose

To identify new business opportunities, grow market share, and build strong customer relationships while maximising every sales lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the company’s products and services.
  • Generate new business through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Keep the company top of mind for customers, leads, and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular client visits and needs analysis.
  • Create interest through networks and online platforms.
  • Actively pursue and prioritise leads and opportunities.
  • Present proposals, quotations, and product information professionally.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Ensure orders are processed according to policy.
  • Promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide regular updates.
