Are you a results‑driven sales professional with a passion for the building industry? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the Southern regions, including the Winel district. This is a remote role with the opportunity to make a tangible impact by growing market presence and driving revenue across a range of high‑quality building materials.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, including contractors, farmers, architects, engineers, and construction firms.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Aluminium, Decking, and Trusses to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently achieve targets.
- Offer tailored product solutions and expert guidance to meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Report progress and insights regularly to the sales manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years proven sales experience within the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Deep understanding of the local market and customer base.
- Expertise in Trusses, Rib & Block Decking, Aluminium Fenestration, and other building materials.
- Proficiency in IQ Retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license, access to own vehicle, and willingness to travel as required.

- Competitive basic salary of R18,000, with commission opportunities on a sliding scale after reaching R500,000 in turnover.
