Role Summary
We are seeking highly articulate, disciplined and target‑driven Sales Representatives to join our UK student advisory division. This role suits only those who thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced, KPI‑driven sales environment and are capable of managing a consistently high call volume with professionalism and accuracy.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, a neutral or UK British accent, and a proven ability to perform within strict performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured telephone consultations with prospective UK students.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls daily.
- Assess student eligibility based on established criteria including settlement status, education history, age and funding requirements.
- Clearly and accurately explain available university pathways, entry routes and funding options.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain full control of conversations.
- Collect, validate and submit application documents to the internal admissions team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate closely with admissions, compliance and management to ensure successful enrolments.
Daily Performance Expectations
- Approximately 150–200 calls per day.
- Consistent achievement of monthly enrolment targets.
- Strict adherence to KPIs, quality standards and call protocols.
- High levels of discipline, time management and output.
Requirements
- Must reside in Cape Town, South Africa.
- Neutral or UK British accent (strictly required).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high‑volume, target‑driven sales.
- Clear, professional and confident telephone manner.
- High level of resilience and the ability to work under sustained pressure.
- Reliable home working environment with stable high‑speed internet.
- Mandatory 90‑second introduction video submitted with the application.
- Ability to work UK hours (evenings and weekends).
