This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Representative in KwaZulu-Natal.
The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets while developing long-term and sustainable client relationships, driving growth, and increasing sales volumes within the target market. You will engage with stakeholders, implement sales strategies, source new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve strategic business objectives.

Meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets in a highly competitive and dynamic pharmaceutical landscape.
Building and sustaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to enhance client engagement and market presence.
Identifying opportunities within the target market by analyzing trends and customer insights to develop tailored sales strategies.
Maintaining and developing long-term sustainable accounts while navigating industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Balancing stakeholder management, customer care, and corporate responsibility in a fast‑paced environment.
Ensuring strict adherence to marketing codes, healthcare regulations, and Roche's corporate ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
