The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence in South Africa and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential businesses in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and retail, leveraging our supply chain visibility solutions to address their needs.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business, meet or exceed sales targets, and expand our customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, understanding their supply chain challenges and proposing tailored solutions to drive value.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our platform, highlighting features such as asset intelligence, shipment intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings, using insights to refine sales approaches and strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, interactions, and pipeline progress in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on needs and solution delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for growth to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, logistics, or supply chain solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, or asset management is highly advantageous.
