Sales Representative (ADM)
Market engineering, technical hardware and all types of tools and services to the manufacturing, wholesale and retail outlets.
- visit clients to demonstrate products, show samples and solve client needs, negotiate new and replacement orders
- arrange a program of visits to all existing clients, source potential new clients by contacting key personnel and making appointments
- develop and update knowledge of company and competitors' products and work with other sales and marketing personnel to establish the best methods of promoting products
- investigate and determine customers\' needs, explain and demonstrate products which may involve technical presentations of products and the application they may be used in
- quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders
- report to management on sales and provide feedback on the marketing of new or established products to existing and potentially new clients
- carry out formal presentations of products using media and other training aids, attend promotional markets and organise product displays
- be involved in tele marketing
- meet sales targets and budgets
- use e-business technology where available
Required to arrange displays and demonstrate goods at commercial premises, exhibitions and answers questions and offer advice on the use of products.
At certain customers, arrange stock and make sure that it is correctly presented for sale.
Negotiate new orders, arrange payment and delivery or collection, and distribute catalogues or other advertisements.
