Minimal cold prospecting – focus is on closing qualified leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end residential clients
Conduct site visits and consultations to assess client needs
Present and demonstrate tailored luxury home solutions (e.g., home cinemas)
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
Work closely with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (AV, luxury goods, carpentry, or home automation preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong organisational ability and follow-through
Technically inclined with a willingness to learn product specifics
Own vehicle and valid driver's licence
Confidence to close deals and manage a client calendar booked by admin support
Professional, presentable, and self-motivated
