About Us

Bubbles & Beyond Laundry is a growing laundry and cleaning brand in Cape Town, serving residential clients, Airbnb hosts, and businesses.

What We Offer

Base Pay: Fixed monthly stipend during a 3-month probation period. Mission: Earn 5% on every closed deal (commission is uncapped).

Key Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and pitch our services to potential partners (e.g., property managers, Airbnb hosts, businesses). Generate and follow up on leads to close contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business. Provide weekly progress reports during the probation period.

Performance Expectations During Probation

Minimum Goal: Close at least 1 new account per month (3 accounts total by the end of probation).

Target Goal

Progressively grow performance to 2–3 new accounts per month by Month 3 (5–6 accounts total).

Pipeline and Updates

Maintain a pipeline of 5–10 qualified leads at all times through consistent outreach and follow-ups. Provide weekly updates on leads, meetings, and progress to management.

Ideal Candidate

Strong communicator and confident negotiator. Self-motivated and target-driven. Sales, marketing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required). Knowledge of Airbnb or property management industries is a plus.

Hours

Part-time, hours per week (flexible).

Compensation

Pay: R10,00 - R10,00 per month.
