The Role: Sales Representative

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, securing new business, and maintaining key relationships across the region. The role involves significant local travel, field visits, and client engagement, with a focus on building trust, delivering value, and achieving targets. You'll also support the operations and accounts team by ensuring smooth delivery and resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a direct selling environment required
  • Present and sell technical products to new and existing clients
  • Develop territory plans and sales schedules to achieve monthly targets
  • Identify leads and follow up on referrals from marketing activity and fieldwork
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through on-site visits and regular check‑ins
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Liaise closely with internal production and support teams to ensure delivery accuracy

  • 3-5 years experience in sales, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Matric essential; Diploma in Sales Management advantageous

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
