  • Prepare Quotes, Sales Orders and other sales documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Reps in achieving set targets and budgets.
  • Prepare and follow up on all sales quotations.
  • Liaise with other departments and clients to provide suitable services.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to assess departmental progress.
  • Produce reports as required by the Reps.
  • Attend sales meetings with the Sales Team.
  • Filter queries and phone calls for the Sales Team.
  • Maintain an accurate record of correspondence for the Sales Team.
  • Update customer database and input sales orders.

Overview

Job Title : Internal Sales Representative – Label Solutions

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a motivated and organized Internal Sales Representative to join their label solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Quotes, Sales Orders and other sales documentation as required timeously, correctly and efficiently.
  • You will be expected to assist the Reps in achieving set out targets and budgets. This will be in collaboration with your fellow sales coordinators
  • Prepares and then follows up on all sales quotations made for clients.
  • Liaises between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the various departments.
  • The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports as and when required by the Reps to do so.
  • Attend sales meetings, as and when required, with the Sales Team to discuss upcoming engagements, appointments, events, production problems, site visits etc.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organize their workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the Sales Team by redirecting or taking messages.
  • Ensure the Sales Team is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements they are involved in. Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Sales Team.
  • Updating our customer database and inputting sales orders; coordinating mailshots and scheduling customer demonstrations;

Telephone relief as necessary throughout the day. The doorbell also needs to be answered in the absence of the receptionist.
