JOB TITLE: Sales Performance Manager (SPM)

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Sales Performance Manager (SPM) in Stellantis is a key leadership role that drives the success of the organization's sales objectives. This role involves managing sales teams, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is often preferred.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and set goals and objectives for the sales team. Ensure these strategies align with the company's business goals.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Constantly monitor the sales team's performance, analyze sales data, and create reports for senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Sales Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge. Foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development departments to establish effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Management: Evaluate and manage the performance of the sales team. Set individual sales targets, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Sales Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide regular sales performance updates to senior management.
  • Market Understanding: Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive industry, market conditions, and trends. Utilize this knowledge to optimize sales strategies.
