You will oversee the day-to-day management of our remote sales operations ensuring targets are met, systems run efficiently, and every team member performs at the highest level.
You'll report directly to senior management and play a central role in scaling operations while maintaining excellence, structure, and accountability across departments.
Oversee the performance and productivity of remote sales teams.
Lead with assertiveness and hold teams accountable to KPIs and conversion targets.
Develop and implement scalable sales processes and operational workflows.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.
Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to align sales, marketing, and operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar (mandatory).
Direct experience as an Operations Manager and proven track record in sales leadership.
Minimum 8+ years of combined experience in sales and operations, including 3+ years in management.
Strong understanding of KPIs, conversion metrics, and remote team management.
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with CRM and reporting tools.
