We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead with authority, streamline performance, and drive operational excellence across our global sales division.

About the Role

The Sales Operations Manager bridges leadership, analytics, and execution.

You will oversee the day-to-day management of our remote sales operations ensuring targets are met, systems run efficiently, and every team member performs at the highest level.

You'll report directly to senior management and play a central role in scaling operations while maintaining excellence, structure, and accountability across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the performance and productivity of remote sales teams.

Lead with assertiveness and hold teams accountable to KPIs and conversion targets.

Develop and implement scalable sales processes and operational workflows.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.

Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Collaborate cross-departmentally to align sales, marketing, and operations.

Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain operational discipline.

Identify inefficiencies and proactively introduce solutions that increase profitability.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar (mandatory).

Direct experience as an Operations Manager and proven track record in sales leadership.

Minimum 8+ years of combined experience in sales and operations, including 3+ years in management.

Strong understanding of KPIs, conversion metrics, and remote team management.

Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with CRM and reporting tools.

Highly assertive leadership style: confident, structured, and solutions-focused.

Excellent communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
