A hospitality management firm based in Cape Town is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of MICE sales and B2C experience. The role requires a Matric Certificate, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an understanding of property management systems. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and managing marketing campaigns. A strong communicator and team player is essential for this position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION: Matric Certificate, Qualification in Sales and Marketing not essential but preferred. Applicable Qualification in Hospitality and Tourism not essential but preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Opera Experience Advantageous or any property management system
Experience in sales corporations to maximize revenue.
2-3 years’ experience in the same or similar position.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs
5+ years’ MICE Sales experience
5+ years’ B2C sales experience
