Job Description
- Drive sales growth across local and export markets by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
- Liaise with customers, growers, and freight agents to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Create and manage weekly customer price lists.
- Process customer orders and coordinate shipment logistics.
- Manage customer and supplier accounts.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including branding, promotions, digital content, and trade events.
- Assist in procurement by learning and eventually managing the purchase of flowers from farms for export.
- Provide administrative support related to sales, logistics, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally within agriculture, floriculture, fresh produce, or exports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident, presentable, and client-focused.
- Energetic, proactive, and resilient with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Organised and detail-oriented with solid administrative ability.
- Willingness to work early morning hours (5:30am start, Tue–Fri; Saturdays every second week)
- Flexibility to be available for calls and emails outside standard office hours when required.
- Interest in learning procurement and logistics as part of long-term growth.
