The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the individual will ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including event planning, sales enablement, and communication of product and service updates.

Collaborate with the sales team to manage sales activities and pipelines.
Ensure sales collateral is up-to-date and effectively communicates product and service offerings.
Support the preparation and distribution of sales reports and performance insights.
Act as the liaison between sales and other departments to streamline workflows.
Plan, organise, and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
Maintain the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media platforms.
Track and analyse marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Coordinate logistics for events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, and internal meetings.
Manage event budgets, vendor relations, and post‑event reporting.
Ensure brand consistency and visibility at all events.
Work closely with the product and services teams to develop and deliver product updates, training materials, and presentations.
Maintain a central repository for sales resources, ensuring easy access for the sales team.
Assist in onboarding new sales team members with relevant materials and training.
Assist with data management and report distribution from the CRM system.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination (2+ years preferred).
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in tools such as CRM platforms (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce), marketing software, and event management tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
