The Sales and Marketing Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, assisting with administration support during the sales cycle, planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and continued Client relationship management to ensure repeat business.
This role involves tasks aimed at enhancing the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales and marketing functions, by having a dedicated resource to deal with non-technical / non-commercial related support.
Requirements NQF 4 / Matric certificate essential Business Management tertiary education desirable Good understanding of the engineering and manufacturing industry.
Effective communication skills and ability to keep clients engaged during sales process relating to technical engagements.
Knowledge of competitors product offerings and alternative market solutions.
Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
