Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR, you will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book meetings with qualified prospects, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will own outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and continually test messaging to improve targeting and conversion.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable
