Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book meetings to introduce Blacksmith Agency to potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, manage your pipeline, and hit ambitious volume goals while keeping quality high. This role is fully remote within South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in a SaaS or agency setting.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach and maintain momentum.
• Experience with outbound tools and building contact lists.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
