This is not about spamming a list. It’s thoughtful outreach, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
