Salary: R65 000 – R85 000 per month.
Commission: Annual.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in a technical solution selling environment, ideally within energy, LPG, industrial gases, or similar B2B industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in developing new business and meeting sales targets.
- Experience engaging with engineering, procurement, and operations decision-makers.
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical/engineering discipline.
- Sales or business development training is advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer industrial processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new industrial clients for bulk LPG applications (heating, process energy, fuel switching).
- Growing the imported multi-component speciality gas mixtures and bulk ammonia markets.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and solution development to deal closure and handover to operations.
- Conduct site assessments and collaborate with technical teams to design customised energy and gas solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with growth targets for all identified products.
- Prepare detailed proposals, present to key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the LPG, speciality gas, and ammonia sectors.
- Work closely with internal departments (engineering, logistics, safety) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting via CRM systems or other means, as well as through regular sales activity reports.
