Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing and executing effective leisure sales strategies, managing day‑to‑day sales operations, and driving revenue growth.

With passion, dedication, and creativity, our Sales team transforms the philosophy of luxury hospitality into an unforgettable reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections, FAM trips, sales calls, and business entertaining (including occasional after‑hours / weekends).
  • Build and manage relationships with leisure accounts to generate new and repeat business.
  • Support the Area Associate Director of Sales, Leisure with presentations, market research, and sales action plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, maintaining awareness of market trends and building strong networks.

  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.
