Role Purpose

Management of Aspen business in Iraq to achieve local sales budget for retail tender, this includes leading sales force team, managing communication with distributors customers in private and tender sectors.

Act as the point of contact and representative for Aspen business in Iraq.

Responsibilities
  • Full management of Aspen dedicated sales force team, which includes hiring, onboarding, performance management, in addition to employee development, retention motivation.
  • Managing daily communication with distributors to drive business growth.
  • Driving the relevant promotion strategy with the sales force team and distributor partners.
  • Identification and implementation of sales growth strategies.
  • Monitor distributor s performance in terms of sales supply.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base, managing and coordinating CRM system for local team.
  • Support the central regulatory team in product registrations, pricing management.
  • Identify competitive activities which may impact sales goals / strategies.
Forecasting

Drive local sales forecast with involvement from distributors and local teams.

Demand Management

Optimize stock levels in the market by continuous follow with the supply team and distributors to review stocks, demand, and raise orders accordingly.
