A recruitment firm in Cape Town is seeking an experienced sales leader with at least 10 years in B2B technology or SaaS sales to drive revenue growth and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in closing complex deals and experience in both inbound and outbound sales strategies. This role involves collaboration with marketing and strategic planning to meet growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Skills & Experience
  • At least 10 years in B2B technology or SaaS sales, ideally with international exposure.
  • Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience leading and motivating high-performance teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP, eCommerce platforms, or integration technologies is a plus.
  • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce advantageous.

  • Keep a close eye on competitor activity and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
