Skills & Experience
- At least 10 years in B2B technology or SaaS sales, ideally with international exposure.
- Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals.
- Experience leading and motivating high-performance teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, eCommerce platforms, or integration technologies is a plus.
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Take full ownership of sales and revenue growth.
- Identify and win enterprise-level accounts through proactive engagement.
- Build, manage, and report on a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Create and refine scalable sales frameworks and processes.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Marketing & Positioning
- Oversee marketing strategy and execution in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
- Align campaigns to support growth objectives and customer acquisition.
Strategy & Financials
- Collaborate with the CEO to set annual sales and marketing targets and budgets.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates on performance and progress.
- Contribute to broader business planning and decision-making.
Collaboration & Market Insights
- Work closely with technical and customer-facing teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Keep a close eye on competitor activity and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
