Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure a high level of after-sales service.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and market trends.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
- Report regularly to senior management on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Sound understanding of the vehicle sales process, financing, and customer relationship management
