The Sales Manager will oversee all client engagement and sales activity across Interiology’s divisions, ensuring performance, consistency, and alignment with the brand’s luxury standards.
The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing the sales and client relations team, and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, and private clients.
Key responsibilities include managing showroom consultations, converting leads into projects, guiding clients through the quotation and approval process, and collaborating closely with design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
5+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or high-end sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven record in managing teams and achieving targets.
