Overview

We\'re looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is target-driven, thrives under pressure, and has a proven track record in managing and growing sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets, setting clear individual and team goals and ensuring targets are consistently met.
  • Track, extract, sort, and compile detailed reports on customer activity and item sales, providing accurate data-driven insights to support management decisions.
  • Analyse sales performance and prepare comprehensive weekly reports for the Sales Director.
  • Develop and drive innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost growth and expand market reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Compile and interpret sales data to guide strategic and marketing decisions.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to the sales team to enhance performance and product knowledge.
  • Draft persuasive sales pitches and assist with client presentations to help close deals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years\' experience in a similar sales management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver\'s licence and own reliable transport.
  • Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Sage Pastel and Skynamo will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
