Duties

• Manage a sales team and drive revenue growth (4 Sales Reps, 2 cashiers, factory Shop supervisor, 4 Factory shop assistants, 3 internal sales)
• 20 % of time to be based on the road with sales reps (this will be in the company vehicle)
• Aid in procurement processes and tender compliance
• Strategic planning, market analysis, and client relationship management
• Lead the national sales campaigns and coordinate with logistics teams
• Negotiation of tenders, presentation, and reporting on achievement
