A global engineering company is seeking a Client Account Manager to manage key customer accounts in South Africa. The role involves developing strategic customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, 4+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and business analytics is essential.
The job incumbent, as main contact to customers, manages the activities of multiple large customer accounts within MHZA and extended regions. This includes SADC and a defined specific market segment. Among these are the strategic development of key accounts, the management of all commercial issues, and the assurance that the customer receives high quality service and products while presenting negotiated terms of sales. Further to this, is the responsibility to increase the existing customer base.
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent field of education. 4+ years of relevant work experience in the aftermarket sector or similar. English at a professional level. Knowledge of Mann Hummel Product range as well as independent aftermarket knowledge. Business acumen, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, project management skills, self‑initiative and ability to work under pressure. Leadership skills, conflict management, communication skills. MS Office skills, Salesforce (CRM), PowerBI. SAP Sales tools.
