A financial services firm in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team. Responsibilities include recruiting and training sales agents, setting performance KPIs, and expanding distribution channels. Department : Sales Reports to : MD Job Purpose : We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Sales Leadership : Recruit, train and manage a team of sales agents or brokers. Performance Management : Set KPIs, monitor targets and drive productivity. Business Development : Expand distribution channels through broker networks and partnerships. Market penetration : Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities, especially in underserved communities. Client Retention : Ensure high persistency and quality of sales. Compliance : Enforce adherence to all financial services regulations and company policies. Reporting : Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
