Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Durban. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive sales strategies to expand the customer base and meet revenue goals with the customers from pulp and paper, food and beverage, automotive and mining industries. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing sales plans, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with the other sales team members. You will identify new business opportunities, lead customer presentations, and negotiate contracts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management within pulp and paper, food and beverage, automotive and mining industries.
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Negotiation
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Team Collaboration abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting methods
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring technology, industrial machinery, or a related field is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Durban and travel as required for client meetings and events
