About the Role

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be a key member in managing our remote sales team, responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into satisfied customers.

There is no cold calling.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality interactions with restaurant owners and managers
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Work collaboratively under a Sales Lead in a high-performing team
  • Work U.S. hours EST 3 pm to 11 am SAST (optional PST 6 pm to 2 am SAST also available)
What We Are Looking For
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in outbound telephone or lead-driven sales
  • 2 to 5 years of team management experience
  • Flawless spoken and written English, confident and persuasive on calls
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, understanding the business, and able to speak the language of owners and managers
  • Experience selling to U.K. or U.S. -based businesses
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented
  • Reliable tech setup, including fast internet and a modern laptop

We are only looking for candidates who are ambitious professionals and ready to commit to hitting high-performance targets.

What Is in It for You
