Responsibilities
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meet planned sales goals.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
- Provide ongoing training of salespeople.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
- Promote the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Carry out any other reasonable and lawful duties required by the Dealer Principal from time to time.
