Our client is a high-growth UK-based PropTech platform revolutionizing the way homes are designed and built. By connecting self-builders, architects, developers, and suppliers with powerful estimation tools and verified data, they're modernizing construction across the UK and Europe. With rapid growth, they're building a dynamic offshore sales team to help scale operations globally.

The Role: Sales Lead Generator

This is a performance-driven sales support role focused on generating high-quality leads and converting them into paying clients for a subscription-based platform. You'll be at the front line of the company's sales pipeline, qualifying prospects, booking calls, and contributing directly to monthly sales goals. Top performers will unlock leadership pathways and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or B2B business development
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective companies (builders, architects, suppliers, developers)
  • Execute targeted outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns (minimum 200 messages/week)
  • Generate at least 30 qualified leads and 5 booked calls per week
  • Support the conversion of at least 5 new paying clients per month
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate reporting in HubSpot and Apollo
  • Report weekly KPIs and performance data to the Head of Sales
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure renewals and long-term engagement
About You
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SaaS subscriptions
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Confident using CRM and prospecting tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiar with outbound email campaigns and sales funnels
  • Highly target-driven and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow within a scaling company
