As Sales Head operate with a store-back lens, focusing on the picture of success to drive profitable growth and development of the brand portfolio in the assigned country. Ensure all initiatives align with the overall strategy and help retain and consolidate market leadership. Build a strong, motivated, internationally oriented, and effective team capable of delivering growth strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Establish short, mid, and long-term objectives and operating plans.
  • Allocate human, financial, and technical resources to balance growth and profitability.
  • Develop key business relationships internally and externally.
  • Lead the profitable development of the Hair Care category portfolio, ensuring optimized in-store execution and compliance through coverage expansion, must-stock lists, and streamlined promotions.
