As our Sales Growth Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in refining, optimizing, and scaling our sales process. You’ll assess current strategies, identify gaps, and design actionable improvements that increase conversions, strengthen our pipeline, and help our sales team consistently close at a higher level. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, understands SaaS dynamics, and can implement sales systems that deliver measurable results quickly.
Duration: 3 months (renewal or permanent role possible based on results)
Engagement: Contractor / Consultant
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience (base + performance‑based bonus)
