Role Overview

As our Sales Growth Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in refining, optimizing, and scaling our sales process. You’ll assess current strategies, identify gaps, and design actionable improvements that increase conversions, strengthen our pipeline, and help our sales team consistently close at a higher level. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, understands SaaS dynamics, and can implement sales systems that deliver measurable results quickly.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct a full evaluation of current sales processes, scripts, and funnels.
  • Develop and implement strategic improvements to increase conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Design KPIs and reporting frameworks for better tracking and accountability.
  • Coach and mentor sales reps on closing techniques, follow‑up strategies, and objection handling.
  • Work cross‑functionally with marketing and operations to align lead generation and sales outcomes.
  • Deliver results within 90 days — higher conversions, cleaner pipelines, and stronger revenue consistency.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales strategy, optimization, or leadership within SaaS or tech startups.
  • Proven track record of improving close rates and scaling sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales automation, and SaaS buyer psychology.
  • Excellent communicator, motivator, and problem‑solver.
  • Available to work on a 3‑month contract with clear deliverables.
Contract Details

Duration: 3 months (renewal or permanent role possible based on results)

Engagement: Contractor / Consultant

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience (base + performance‑based bonus)
