This critical role drives revenue expansion through proactive business development, technical solutions and exceptional support.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 4 to 6 sales professionals (KPI management) and 2 Support Technicians (Sales Engineers).

Essential Responsibilities
  • Managing project finances effectively.
  • Identifying lucrative business opportunities.

  • Negotiating and finalizing agreements.
  • Strategically enhancing or refining company procedures, policies and standards.

The ideal candidate will have bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 to 5 years experience as an Area or Team Manager, with a track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets in the electronic B2B space selling to multiple dealers / resellers, and possess expertise in business development and key.
