Key Responsibilities :

Customer Outreach : Conduct outreach to prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services.

Product Knowledge : Learn about client's portfolio of telecommunications products and services, including voice, data, broadband, and managed solutions, to effectively present them to clients.

Lead Qualification : Qualify leads and assist in identifying the needs of potential customers, ensuring alignment with the company’s offerings.

Sales Presentations : Preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.

Client Relationship Management : Support the sales team in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Market Research : Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay informed about the latest in telecommunications technology and services.

Administrative Support : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Sales Training : Participate in internal sales training sessions and professional development programs to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.

Key Requirements :
