Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, with a focus on selling used vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, negotiating and closing sales deals, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients interested in purchasing used vehicles.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all available used vehicles in inventory.
  • Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options.
  • Ensure all sales paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in selling used vehicles.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of automotive financing options.
